Carbohydrate Blend (Gluten-Free Whole Grain Oats, Banana Flour), Agave Nectar, Almonds* and/or Peanuts*, Coconut Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Cane Sugar, Natural Flavors, Kosher Salt, Beets, Tart Cherry.
Some flavors also contain cocoa or cinnamon.

Tree nuts (almonds, coconut) and/or peanuts (depending on flavor).
